Session 1: My Wellness Story
Wellness is a journey that starts with you. You cannot make change on the surface until you address the deeper issues that lie below the surface.
This first session focuses on exploring your state of health, lifestyle, mental health, and spiritual well-being. In addition, clients work to understand the importance of a morning routine and how to cultivate one that best suits your personal development needs and interests.
Session 2: Holistic Wellness
This session focuses on your work in the areas of physical, behavioral, and emotional wellness with special attention on the current state of your nutrition, fitness, and sleep habits.
Session 3: Mindset & Motivation
Simply put, mindset is everything! This session focuses on cultivating a growth mindset, kickstarting your personal motivation, and integrating positive affirmations into your daily life to help you ditch negative self-talk.
Session 4: Unpacking the Past
This session focuses on leaving your past behind you and adopting new habits that will allow you to be the best version of yourself. It will help you integrate positive habits and break the cycle of negative habits to set yourself up for success in all areas of your life.
Session 5: Your Path to Self- Love
This session focuses on the importance of mindfulness, meditation, and self-care in your daily life. You will discover a series of reset practices to utilize when you feel frustrated, overwhelmed, or upset. You will also explore your self-love language and how to be intetional about practicing self-care that is specific to you.
Session 6: Your Wellness Journey
This final session focuses on what you need to do to continue to grow and find success on your wellness journey after this course. You will re-examine your relationship with others, your relationship with yourself, and explore potential hurdles that might hinder your progress.
This course is designed to help you incorporate health and wellness into your daily life. You will feel empowered to pursue the best version of yourself by letting go of the limiting beliefs that have been limiting your potential for positive growth and change. You will improve your overall outlook on life as you work towards authenticity, balance, and intentional living.
